From idea to chair
No more chasing DMs for a size, a placement and a deposit.

Their idea, where it's going, the size, colour and up to four reference pictures, from your booking page.
- Quote
You reply with the artist, time in the chair, price and deposit. They get it by email with a link to book.
- Deposit
Paid by card when they choose their time. Yours to keep if they don't turn up.
- Consent
Signed on their phone before they come, or on a tablet at the desk. Under-18s can't sign.
- In the chair
The design, the pictures and anything to talk through, open on the booking.
- Checked out
Paid at the desk with the deposit taken off, and the next session booked.

Deposits you keep
Card deposits through Stripe. Non-refundable, but they move with the booking if the client changes it in good time.
Consent forms
Health questions, 18 and over, your own terms and a signature. Answers are encrypted, and only the artist and managers can read them.
A diary for each artist
A lane for every artist and piercer, with their own prices for the same work. Drag a booking to move it.
Online booking
Your own booking page for flash, piercings and consultations. Share it in your Instagram bio and on Facebook.
Reminders
Confirmations, changes and reminders emailed in your studio's name, with the consent form link until it's done.
Payments and takings
Record cash, card and transfer at the desk, with deposits already taken off. See the day's takings at a glance.
Data protection
A privacy notice that covers health answers, data exports and erasure in a click, and old records cleared on your schedule.
Quotes and deposits
They send the idea at midnight. You quote it over your morning coffee.
- Custom work goes through a quote first. Flash and piercings can be booked straight away.
- Your quote sets the artist, time in the chair, price and deposit. Only times that artist has free show up.
- The deposit is paid by card to secure the time, and comes off the price on the day.
- The consent form link goes out with the confirmation, so it's signed before they arrive.
- Their idea and pictures are on the booking, so the artist has them to hand.
