How this website uses your details
This notice covers tattoo.sessionspark.co.uk, the website you're on. It was last updated in October 2026.
Who we are
SessionSpark is made by BranTek, [BranTek's legal name, company number and registered address]. We're in charge of the details you give us on this website. You can reach us at [contact email].
If you booked with a studio
If you booked an appointment with a studio that uses SessionSpark, the studio is in charge of your details, not us. Their own privacy notice is linked from their booking page. Please contact the studio about your data, and they can export or erase it for you.
What we collect
- When you ask for a demo: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your studio's name, how many artists you have and anything you write in the message.
- When you visit: our web server keeps a short log of requests, including your IP address, to keep the site secure. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your demo request to reply to you, arrange the demo and send you a quote. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you've asked us to get in touch. We won't add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone to sell to you.
Where it's kept
Your request is stored in BranTek's own system on our server in the UK, and a copy is emailed to our inbox. Our hosting and email provider is Fasthosts, in the UK. The website's fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them, and Google sees your IP address when it does.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your request [24 months] after we last heard from you. If you do, it becomes part of your customer record.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, and you can object to us using them. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
